See Details1.Hot melt adhesive mesh is made of thermoplastic materials (such as PA, PES, TPU) through melt spinning, and does not contain solvents such as benzene and toluene. Hot melt adhesive mesh is environmentally friendly, odorless, and solvent-free. It effectively realizes clean production and does not pollute the environment, which is in line with the green and sustainable development concept pursued by contemporary people. Traditional glues (such as solvent-based glues) contain up to 80% solvents, which will release harmful gases such as formaldehyde and hydrogen halides when used, causing harm to the human body and are not friendly to the environment. There is no wastewater or waste gas in the production of hot melt adhesive mesh, and it supports recycling.

Hot melt adhesive mesh can be bonded by heating (80-220℃) for 3-10 seconds without waiting, and has good bonding properties for various materials, enabling it to meet the bonding needs of different fields and materials. Hot melt adhesive mesh is supplied in the form of rolls and can be directly integrated into automated equipment to reduce manual intervention. For example, PA hot melt adhesive mesh is used in automotive interiors to achieve precise glue laying by robots, which is convenient and fast.

The peel strength of hot melt adhesive mesh is 8-15N/cm, which is 2-3 times that of traditional glue. For example, PA hot melt adhesive mesh can withstand temperatures exceeding 200℃ around car engines, while traditional epoxy resin glue softens at 150℃.
